Arissa Digital Sdn Bhd was founded in 2003 as DIVX Solution Sdn Bhd as a small IT solution provider.
Arissa Engineering Sdn Bhd was established to diversify into a new market division of construction and engineering.
Arissa Excellent Sdn Bhd incorporated to enter a new market segment to supply a variety of equipment involving Automotive Technical, Medical, Security & Defense, and Military related equipment.
Arissa Construction Sdn Bhd being introduced to improve the function of Arissa engineering and concentrating its efforts in the market on construction services and products.
Arissa FM Sdn Bhd was then formed, with the goal of providing a diverse range of facility management products and services.
